Timegate provides a complimentary training session with each purchase of the PicoRaman M3 spectrometer to maximize the benefit of your investment in this tool. Our customer service team has excellent instructors that ensure you have all the knowledge needed for successful measurements and data analysis alongside positive customer experience.

Timegated® Raman training for new customers includes

  • Going through the basic operations of the spectrometer and measurement software
  • Details regarding the chosen measurement probe used with the spectrometer (if provided by Timegate)
  • Safety features of the spectrometer
  • Device performance monitoring

Timegate's customer service team will continue helping you after the training session if any questions arise. However, additional training sessions are chargeable. Additional training is  customized with the customer to best meet your team’s needs and keep your processes running smoothly.
