TimeGate joins the Mining Finland Growth Program

TimeGate has enlisted as a member of Team Finland´s Mining Finland Growth Program. Team Finland has several sector specific programs to promote international business operations and help Finnish companies to compete on international markets by networking and seizing business opportunities.

Mining Finland is run by the Geological Survey of Finland together with Finpro and it aims to support the export growth of Finnish companies supplying products or services to the global mining industry.  Program aims to increase visibility of the Finnish mining technology and service companies, help and support companies in their internationalization operations and strengthen the Finnish mining cluster. Additionally, program recognizes potential customers and partners on selected focus markets. This two-year program during 2016-2018 offers market studies, match-making events and trainings and business delegation visits to focus countries.

Growth by networking

TimeGate sees the program as a great opportunity and running start to get into international mining market. By far, only after participating to the first workshop with the program, there is already lots of support, feedback and opportunities to network and share ideas with other companies aiming to the same market. For a small start-up company like us this kind of projects are cost-effective way to get visibility. Furthermore, many small companies working together can upscale their businesses and achieve the economies of scale.
