In a couple of days, timegators will head to the airport and travel from Finland to the USA, Kentucky to attend SciX - The Great Scientific Exchange organized by The Federation of Analytical Chemistry and Spectroscopy Societies (FACSS). The conference is held on October 2nd-7th in the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Greater Cincinnati.
Timegate will be exhibiting from Monday evening the 3rd to Wednesday evening the 5th at booth #211 with a strong team of five helpful and friendly timegators who are ready to take you to the intriguing world of time-gated Raman.
Timegate´s VP of Service Business Dr.Amutha Daniel is giving two speaker´s presentations about time-gated Raman spectroscopy results on monitoring bioprocess, both upstream and downstream:
Time-gated Raman spectroscopy for Process Analyses in Downstream Purification Process of Monoclonal Antibody on Sunday the 2nd at 4:30 - 4:50 pm, Meeting Room 4. Session Title: New Platforms and New Applications, Session Time: 3:50 - 5:30 pm
Upstream Process Monitoring by Time-gated Raman Spectroscopy on Monday the 3rd, at 4:30 - 4:50 pm, Meeting room 10. Session Title: Advanced Spectroscopic Techniques in PAT Part I, Session Time: 3:50 - 5:30 pm.
Scientist behind the scenes
Amuthachelvi Daniel has a doctoral degree in Biophotonics with 10 years of experience in the application of Raman spectroscopy for cancer/precancer detection and Raman imaging of cells and tissues. She was also a recipient of the Marie Sklodowska Curie IF fellowship and has done extensive work in cancer diagnosis using continuous wave Raman spectroscopy and SERS.
