Timegate Instruments is a rapidly growing, deep-tech company operating globally. We are the first and only company worldwide that has brought the new time-gated Raman spectrometers to the market.

We are looking for a User Interface Engineer for permanent employment. You will have the liberty to work around your strengths and skills, developing professionally towards your interests and ambitions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with the design team to discuss application features and design ideas
  • Researching similar application designs
  • Design and implementation of the user interface
  • Debugging code errors and troubleshooting software issues.

We require:

  • Proactive attitude
  • Previous experience as a UI engineer
  • Proficient in C#, .NET 5+, and Windows Forms
  • Good command of written English for documentation purposes
  • Proficient in asynchronous programming & asynchronous interfaces
  • Version control practices (GIT)

Optional requirements:

  • Familiarity with gRPC
  • Previous experience in developing a user interface for a measurement device
  • Project management in Jira
